  Bisquits was hard, hashbrowns were old tasting and not hot. Usually I love the hashbrowns from bojangles. But this one not good

  Absolutely worst service I've ever had at a fast food Bojangles literally asked them for two trash bags to line their trash cans. Then two trash bags for myself so I could pick up the trash a person left outside that was scattered everywhere and she was straight up rude and self-entitled when giving out trash bags to help your establishment look clean then she assumed that handing me a trash bag for her job Hudson to food cost. Will somebody please go educate every employee at the establishment because I've been in fast food I'm beverage for over 12 years they have opened up more fast food restaurants then she's probably ever been too. Very upset and definitely gonna look into a further review.

  I don’t know why I keep stopping here every time I do they get my order wrong. I don’t get a receipt in the bag and it’s an entire process to get it corrected. And of course it’s the only one that’s on my way to work so I never have an extra 15 minutes to wait for them to correct the order that I paid for and that they did not correctly put together Hopefully by leaving this review, I’ll remember not to stop here again Likewise, if you’re on a time crunch, this is not the restaurant to stop at the Services is slowThe food is often not what you asked for The staff is polite, but timewise. This isn’t worth while.

  Ordered a large fry this am. I was ubering. With tax $5.54. They were old and cold. Tried to call numerous times throughout the day to let them know.phone rings and rings, no answer. Didn’t get back to that area until 5 pm. Told them. No one apologized. A guy that I gave them to took them to a woman that came and said they could remake them now. I said no I wanted them this am. She said they were old they make them fresh all the time. They definitely were not and why would you say that to a customer? I had to waste more time to return them and get my refund. Would I do that for no reason? Definitely not. She said nothing else to me. Went around the corner with my receipt and sent the original guy back with my money. Said nothing to me just handed it to me. I left feeling like they thought I was in the wrong. Unbelievable.

  I ordered two Cajun Filet Biscuit Combos and a 4pc supreme combo around 6 pm. I pulled around to the window where a pleasant young lady took my order. I paid and was asked to pull forward behind the Subaru Outback in front of me. I did and after waiting about 20 minutes and receiving no food, I backed up at the window to ask what was taking so long. I was assured that my food would be out shortly. I pulled back behind the Subaru that was also waiting. After another 10 minutes a young lady came up to my window and told me that they were behind because they had several fried chicken orders and wanted to know if I was interested in having chicken instead. I told her no that I wanted the combos that I ordered and she told me that it would take an additional 15 minutes to drop the food in the fryer!! I told her that I had a meeting at 7 so she said that she would hurry. I received my food at about 6:40 and was assured that my food was fresh. It was NOT fresh. The fries were lukewarm, shriveled, and tasted like they had been sitting for quite some time. I did not have time to speak with management because I was on my way to a meeting. This was absolutely unacceptable.
