  Every time I come here and place an order through the app I have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes and I have multiple missing items. Today was no different, I placed my order at 10:40 and the expected time was at around 11:00. The app showed the order done but we had to wait an additional 20 minutes because it wasn't ready. Then we checked and we were missing 4 items from our order so our order wasn't done until 11:30. The nice lady who bagged our order was very sweet though and was probably the only pleasant part of our experience. But seriously, this happens EVERY TIME. If you order for more than 2 people expect there to be missing items and for them to not even start on your food until you get there. At least the food is good.

  The lady taking our order was super nice, and the food was delicious! An error was made on our order, but she was super great about it and fixed it right away, without any hesitation! She had awesome people skills and provided a fantastic customer service and dining experience!

  I have been to Bojangles in various cities across South Carolina and this one was my favorite. I had forgotten that they played Christian music this one had the music slightly higher than the other places which is good because I'm hearing challenge. The young lady at the register was very patient with me I only had a few dollars to spend and I wanted to have the best bang for my buck she followed through... Thank you for delightful meal and atmosphere. No one seemed to mind my singing the songs🎶🎶🎶

  Food been gas, ai robot at drive thru got my order wrong tho, idk why your integrating AI into this when its not where it needs to be yet… even noticed the order was prolly wrong when the price was different and I asked it to repeat my order and it wouldnt.. AI is a LLM, it doesnt have thought about what its saying just uses words that are statistically higher to satisfy the prompter, ts is awful and whoever integrated it obviously doesnt know what AI is…

  The resturaunt is the only fast food restaurant I go to. I was disappointed that they have now downsized their sausage egg and cheese biscuits, but ther prices did not downsize. Chic filet is right across the street, I may have to try them for breakfast and see if they downsized. The staff were kind and helpful as well but they have also downsized in that area which k makes for a longer wait time
