    Went through drive through had to pull up and wait with no one else in line. When we got food the French fries were old and cold. My sandwich was cold and both of our sweet teas were just barely sweet water! They got to do better!

    I hate regret to say that I was very disappointed and I usually am not at this arby's and the food is always normally really good, but I ordered 2 loaded Italians pay for it online. This morning, I'm with to go pick it up and was informed. They don't make them anymore so I ended up getting Roast Beef and Swiss French dips but cheese was melted all over the paper.Not on the sandwich and the only gave me not even a half a container of the au jus how is very disappointing?Never have I had this kind of experience with ordering online and then not getting what I ordered
