I asked him how is my drink going to be cold if there's no ice. He said idk, it just will. Then I got my tea and he tells me it's not cold, I told him I knew it wasn't going to be. He tells me look at the bright side, it's cold outside. I'm like how is that going to help my sweet get cold. Then, their tell me and others behind me to drive around the building to wait for the food. 5 min later still waiting. Service is horrible, and I won't be back. Point is, don't bs your customers, we're not dumb. Just say you're ice maker is not working. And don't argue with your customers, we pay your salary by eating here
