  Plastic shavings found in our drinks (possibly from the lids, but not sure). Wait time was okay, drinks were underfilled, and the drive-thru microphone was so quiet we had to lean out of the car just to order. Staff seemed aware but it doesn’t seem like anyone was in a rush to fix it. The attached photo is of a completely untouched drink. Why are we paying full price for any of this? 😅 Unfortunately, won’t be returning to this location. Tried to get the attention of the window attendant before leaving to get it fixed, but I believe she just thought we were taking a minute to pull away.

  Well as a person who loves Duncan Donuts I have to say this location was disappointing and thats putting it mildly and the food was ok but the service was awful and then the employe was rude then expected a tip on top of it, here's a tip find a different job , will never return to this location and recommend everyone else to do the same.

  Staff was too busy trash talking the people behind me in the drive through line to slow down and make my drink. Wrong order was handed to me I don’t know how many times before they realized they had made everyone in the lines order but mine. I was met with pure silence when they finally handed me my order that was made incorrectly because they rushed. I had sat there long enough and fixed it when I got home. Encourage your staff to slow down please. I have consistently received inconsistent service at this location. Only leaving 2 stars because your evening staff is so polite and does a phenomenal job! That morning staff though…. Rough.

  Every time I visit this location, I receive excellent service, great food & beverage, & there’s never any long wait times. Great team!

  The service and cleanliness of the store has deteriorated significantly since we visited it several months ago. The staff members were unpleasant and seemed not pleased to be serving customers. More disappointing was the interior where dining tables were uncleaned and crumbs along with liquid stains were on the countertop. The service back area appeared to be equally messy and dirty. The place was so dirty that we decieved to grab our coffee and leave instead of sitting down at the tables that surely were not cleaned for some time.
