- BKBarbara Kramer4 days ago3.0I ordered yesterday 3 dozens donuts for my 11 year old granddaughter’s birthday to take the donuts to school And after spending 45.00 on donuts the order is not what I wanted I told the ladies yesterday exactly what I wanted and did not get that. I was very disappointed this year doing this!

They do not make the order to your specifications. I received hash browns (literally 5 small hash browns in a bag) that were soggy and wet. My bagel was burnt, and the bacon was undercooked. When I reached out to Dunkin corporate, they told me they “tried reaching out” yet, I never received a call or email from anyone. Don’t waste your time or money going here. Find another Dunkin location.

I also got a sausage, egg and cheese that tasted extremely burnt and was still cold. I don’t know how they can mess up food this badly, but I definitely won’t be going back even though I was told I could use my receipt to get a free doughnut.

Summerville doesn't answer the phone as it goes straight to voice mail and the mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message. Very disappointed that the holiday filled don't have filling that they should have. Did not get what I ordered and paid for!
