  My child, friend and myself were dining in today when this nasty delivery driver was inside of the restaurant harassing the workers. We were confused as all of the workers were so polite and took our orders in a timely manner. (There were about 5 of us in line) The delivery driver walked in, sat at a table and never spoke to anyone (as far as we had seen) about picking up an order. She proceeded to go up to the counter raising her voice at a young man about a delivery she didn’t receive and the young man was polite and said he would bag it for her now. The driver continued to carry on about how they’re horrible and she always has this issue with this location to which another employee was addressing the issue with her and she was very polite saying how people steal and stuff so they bag everything when the driver shows up or whatever. Well this driver grabbed their stand and started shaking it raising her voice again asking if it was just for decoration or what! We were appalled. We’ve come to this location many times in the mornings before 1/2pm and the usual workers are so sweet to us every time. We’ve never had any issues. Some of these rude customers that are entitled are the issue. They work hard here and are still polite when they are slammed like they were today. I’ve always had the best tasting coffee here and they never mess up my latte or my food. Compared to the other Dunkin’s in the area, this one is superior in taste and customer service. I just hope we never run into that food delivery driver again! My poor kiddo was actually getting upset as she got more irritated, the workers handled it better than most people would have. We will continue to be repeat customers as we haven’t been disappointed yet! Keep up the great work guys! 💕

  I’m not surprised this place has horrible reviews. They need new management asap. Out of all locations in Summerville this one is by far the worst one to pick up deliveries from. Nothing but lazy people work here. The service here is appalling and when you address the terrible service with the big manager, she gets defensive, explains that people thieves and that’s why they don’t put the order on the pick up rack and starts to mock you. This place and staff are truly disgusting people. Someone needs to train these people basic customer service skills and to say “how can I help you” when you see someone waiting. Not one location is as bad as this one. The worst.

  I agree with the majority of the reviews here. Customer service is not great. Only one girl is sweet and nice. But yes, there is a guy that really doesn't care at all! I get they're kids but learn customer service if you're going to work We are new to the area, and when I ordered, I checked the map and everything and it was showing this location. So im not sure how my order went to another location instead. That was a human error on my part for not double checking. So when I went through the drive thru to pick up, they acted like I was the dumbest person ever. I heard a guy laughing in the background going "thats not us thats but us!" At least they had enough curtesy to tell me where it went. But continued to laugh afterwards. This location is much closer to me, but seeing as this is a common occurrence to many, the managers and owners aren't going to do anything about it so I'd rather drive a little further.

  Rude girl working the drive thru. My husband and I just left without getting anything. We went there for a dunkin wrap. She told us they were out. So we asked for a minute so we could we could look at the menu. A few seconds went by she asked impatiently saying “are you ready?” We said one moment. We could hear her on her speaker saying “omg” then she goes are you ready? My husband said, “if we were ready don’t you think we would’ve told you” “She goes have a nice day. Leave.” We left didnt get her name, since we had some where to be. She was a blonde girl with pinkish dye in her hair.
