  Had to walk out after seeing the workers making brown rice without using gloves. Could literally see the rice touching their hands before falling back into the bowl. Then they brought the rice up front to replace the old one touching the rim and containers without gloves. Reminds me of the street food I saw in India, except there weren't any flies at chipotle...oh wait, I also saw flies.

  Unacceptable service. We walked into the restaurant to only be told that they’re only accepting online orders and the lady was rude as hell. Mind you the line was full of food, close the restaurant if that’s the case. We have nothing but issues visiting this chipotle, over the course of two years it’s a management issue!!!!!!! Unacceptable

  Food was decent. The service irked me enough to write a review. I placed a mobile order & was waiting by the mobile order station. Didn’t see any bags on the shelves when I walked in, which is fine. I have no problem waiting. I was against the wall scrolling my phone waiting for my order to hit the shelf. I had been there for about 5 minutes before an older woman employee asked me what I was waiting on. I told her I had a mobile order & gave her my name. She then proceeded to grab a bag that was behind the counter & hand it to me & say with an attitude, “too busy on your phone to notice”. Why would I reach around the counter to grab something? What’s the point of the mobile order shelf if that’s not where you put it? Decoration? Anyways. The snark comment from her wasn’t necessary. Won’t be back. (:

  I was behind a couple in line I waited ten minutes only to be told they had no chicken ready. I waited another 6-7 minutes. I told people behind me to go ahead. I asked for fajitas too. They ran out of those so I waited another 7-8 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager. I didn't curse I was slightly upset but I asked what was going on because this is absurd. Her response was "we've been hella busy!" But there are two workers just standing around. Not a professional response at all on top of me being upset about waiting. It took a half hour to get my meal I wasn't even compensated, given a discount, or apologized too. I've been to this location many times. I am NOT pleased with how things were handled tonight! Other customers were upset behind me as well. Terrible visit!!!! 0 out of 5 stars

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. 1 on every category will have to do. I came into this location Saturday night 3/14/2026. Let’s start with the staff. Staff: Standing around, looking loss. Not prepping anything, made no real effort to replace the containers that were empty. They were content with telling people what they were out of instead of going to the back to grab more supplies to replenish. They had a chicken breast on the cutting board. Cutting pieces of it to put in bowls. This was 3 hours before closing! (This location lacks a manager that knows how to order the correct amount of food to service this location. I don’t know if they are trying to save money or what. But, they never have “enough”. I asked one team member if they could make some more peppers for my burrito bowl and they said they don’t know where the chef is! And I quote! “He Keeps leaving”!!! The food counter itself was disgusting! I did not order. I asked to speak with the manager Shannon! She said she was on a call at 8:00pm at night and would be out in 15 minutes! Lol don’t bother! I will escalate. Poor management, poor food service and food. They should be inspected! I bet they are failing a few laws and policies with how dirty it is behind that counter.
