  I'm not a person who likes long lines. The line for Chick-fil-A was around the block, so I went inside. I'm not sure what the fuss is all about. I found the nuggets small and overpriced, but the fries wonderful.

  While DoorDashing this morning around 9:15 AM, I pulled up to the mobile pickup lane to get my order. After the car in front of me left, the staff member walked away without acknowledging me. I waited about six minutes and eventually had to call the store just to get someone’s attention. I’m not sure if the employee was new or needed additional training, but he never acknowledged me until another staff member told him I was waiting. Only then did he come outside and hand me my order. This situation was unfair to me as a driver and also unfair to my DoorDash customer, who was waiting for their food. If I hadn’t called, I’m not sure how long I would have been sitting there waiting. I believe this should be addressed so it doesn’t continue happening to other drivers. Proper acknowledgment and training for the mobile pickup process would help prevent situations like this in the future.

  I had ordered a side salad with blue cheese instead of cheddar cheese and apples, which didn’t end up being on there, but I was so disappointed because it was the most pitiful looking salad I’ve ever seen and half of the lettuce was wilted. This is not the first time I’ve come to a Chick-fil-A and had an issue with their salads, but this will be the last time I will ever come to Chick-fil-A.

  Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A there’s a constant miss with our order. I came today and they overlooked the fact that I ordered the classic cup meal. I also chose the cup I wanted as that was give to me per the app….they gave me my meal with a regular cup and it typically wouldn’t be a big deal but I paid extra to get the cup. When I sent my son in to get the cup with the yellow chicks, as selected in the app, they handed my son a random cup. I’ll keep it but if it’s going to be random, then they shouldn’t allow the choice on the app. I will say the last several times I have been to this Chick-fil-A it’s been around lunch time but a great man told me once, “You have to move slow to move fast.” When you are caught up in the lunch time hustle you miss the things that matter most, like accuracy of orders.
