    The food was cold and fries taste of old grease. Not to mention the wait was very long for the food. Hot food would have been nice.

    The food tasted fresh and there was plenty of different sauces in the bag without having to ask for them. Very polite employees and efficient. We ordered on the mobile app it said 5 minutes and was ready at the time stated on the app.

    Sandwich was missing an item requested. Sauce packet was also missing after mentioning both items 2 times. Quality of food has gone down since the last time I was there .

    Unfortunate day for this Arby's. They had absolutely nothing to drink. Not a deal breaker for me. The sandwich was good and the fellow helping out from another store, was nice and engaging. All good.

    Ordered online and while I understand that due to a water line break they could not do drinks for my meals I do not understand why u could not get au jus for the French dip they said it takes water so I paid extra for the French dip box and couldn’t get the au jus and on top of that I opened my box and of course the sandwich was a gyro and not the roast beef I was looking forward to. The fries were cold. There was no one in line I had to wait 10 minutes for my food. Needless to say I was very very disappointed
