She serves everything in large portions and carefully. The guy who served me served exactly half as much; I think he's a newbie. I don't want to give a low rating because of this, as the place is clean and well-maintained.

While we were in line, a woman named K (who claimed to be the manager and had pink hair) suddenly yelled at my 11-year-old son, accusing him of peeling a sticker off the glass. We were completely shocked, the sticker was already peeling from all corners, and my son didn’t even have his hand on the glass. He calmly said, “I didn’t do anything, my hand was in the air,” but she continued to raise her voice. It was hard to believe she was the manager, but that’s what she claimed. Her behavior was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. As for the food, the vegetables looked wilted and unappetizing, and they barely added any to the sandwich. When we asked to have the flatbread toasted with cheese (which is standard at most other locations), she refused, saying it would make it harder to fold. Honestly, the whole experience was unpleasant and disappointing. This employee needs serious training in customer service or perhaps some time off. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

They said that their receipt did not show I ordered them. Then I get home to eat. I ordered an Italian BMT with bacon. Literally just bacon and veggies on my sandwich. No sauce. No lunch meat. Idk if they thought i was off the interstate and didn't care but Im local and I won't be going back.
