    Terrible customer service every time I go here. The food seems to never be fully cooked and I will never go to this Wendy's again.

    I placed an order for the single w cheese substitute the fries for a sour cream bake potato with extra cheese sauce and a coke on my mobile app. The man who waited on me in the restaurant was very friendly and I was given my food quickly but once I got to my vehicle I noticed that the bake potato did not have extra cheese sauce but it did have a very small amount of shredded cheese that wasn't even melted. There was no sour cream or butter in the bag. So I went back in and asked for cheese sauce,sour cream and butter. I had to wait for the cheese sauce cause they had to put into the microwave. After receiving 1 side of cheese sauce. I went back to my vehicle where I began to eat. I opened my baked potato and noticed that the entire end of the bake potato was rotten. It was literally black on the inside and the potato wasn't even hot. I ended up throwing it out. The single was okay but it also was not very warm. I've never had this experience at any Wendy's I have ever went to and I have been to several on the east coast. Wendys is the only fast food that I will eat and this may have just ruined that.

    Was okay I got the spicy chicken, and the asiago ranch chicken sandwich the main problem was the staff though they just didn't seem like they wanted to be there so they were grumpy with me ordering.

    I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Wendy's tonight was incredibly upsetting. I am a mother of six, and after a technical error with the app, I was treated with complete disrespect by the manager. I placed an online order that initially declined, so I ran it again. I checked my husbands bank account and saw I had been charged twice. When I went inside to resolve this, the staff was dismissive, telling me it was just "pending," even though the funds were already pulled from my account. Because I was ordering for a family of eight, I knew it was a lot of food. I felt bad for the large order and told the staff, "I am so sorry [for the large order]." Before I could even finish my sentence, the manager snapped at me: " No, you're really not" I was shocked. I was trying to be polite and mindful of their workload, and she chose to be hostile and insulting. When she realized she had crossed the line, she tried to backtrack and claim she meant I "shouldn't" be sorry, but her tone was clear. She even offered to help carry my food to the car afterward, but after being insulted, I didn't want her help. I understand being short-staffed is stressful, but mocking a polite customer for the size of their order is unacceptable. Another customer in the lobby even mentioned the same manager had been rude to her in the drive-thru. Between the double charge and the manager's attitude, this was a terrible experience.
