  I get 2 cheese quesadillas added extra cheese The damn things are paper thin no cheese in them all all no sauce just pathetic for a 6$ quesadilla eating straight tortilla that’s it As well as the quesadillas were folded up like a huge taco get a better cook prep this is beyond lack of effort.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE! so rude if i were taco bell i would fire the woman who works at the drive thru window at 11:30 pm on a monday. she is extremely rude and started speaking spanish to me, and i’m white.

  Can't take an order in drive thru, but you can do a mobile order. My wife stuck in the line and can't get out until people in front of her are served. Ridiculous, incompetent people and on top of that, rude as crap. Will never go back.

  Within a week I’ve had two terrible experiences, I ordered through the app both times, the first time I got half of someone else’s order had to go in and get the correct food and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the workers there for their mistake, the second time the system was down and was told I have to go through the app to get a refund and got 0 food

  Nice when they basically try to steal from you by pocketing your money. Left out 3 items, ok mistakes happen but then admitted they knew because they were out of those items and they were supposed to mention it at the window...... not a word. Think they were just hoping we wouldn't notice because when my husband walked in he said it seemed like they were trying to avoid speaking with him at first.
