  Ordered online and ordered two drinks, when they arrived they were half full despite the seal being intact, so I know they weren't tampered with. But they were half filled.

  So we ordered $46 worth of food through the app. The first driver cancelled no big deal we got our money back instantly. We placed the exact same order again and even called the store just to make sure everything would be good but the “manager” we spoke to was no help at all and pretty dismissive. This time the order got delivered to the wrong address. I called Taco Bell back and asked to speak to a manager and it was clearly not a manager. I literally heard the guy say “where is the manager” and then hop back on the phone. After that they told me to call DoorDash and DoorDash told me to call Taco Bell just back and forth with no one actually trying to fix anything. So now we’re out $46 and nobody wants to take responsibility not okay.

  Ordered 2 Supreme Lux Boxes, the employee was nice and got our food quickly. What he failed to let me know is about this Donation round up. I was never mentioned it and it was added to my bill. The total was $16 and the round up was .74¢! I would appreciate the transparency.

  What a waste of money. Pisses me off. Half ass job and nothing like eating cold food. Wasn't even lukewarm. Should have took it back.
