    So, from the second I walked through the door, the vibe was insanely iffy and negative. The guy working, Indian fella in his early to mid 20s that WOULDN'T give me his name, told me that I couldn't get a roast beef & cheese w/ a coupon. That's what I ALWAYS get and I ALWAYS use the same coupon but he wasnt budging... so, I settled for a Subway Club. He throws the bare minimum toppings on the sub that I requested. I then asked for just a loaf of the Italian bread, which AGAIN, I'm ALWAYS able to purchase with no issue. But for some reason, I wasnt able to order just a loaf of bread from this rude individual... There was no apology offered, no explanation, just a smartass answer with a smart ass look on his face, which was quite enough for me to never walk back thru those doors. To the owner: if the coupon doesn't list a sandwich as an exclusion, then it should obviously be a choice for the customer. Also, you should definitely consider hiring people that dont have the demeanor and hospitality of a brick in the wall!! I will be calling Corporate on this visit. It was absolutely ridiculous and they need to know about how I was treated... I just hope I dont need a receipt because I wasnt given one, lol imagine that

    I ordered an ITALIAN sub! Who ever hear of putting jalapeño and mayo on an ITALIAN sub AND they didn’t put the correct kinds of meat on it‼️🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ I had a friend pick me up the sub so I didn’t see them making it, just thought they KNEW what an ITALIAN sub was, even their website knows what goes on an Italian sub ‼️ Worst sandwich EVAA!!!!

    This would’ve been my 4th sub that’s suppose to be free but somehow the order was canceled. They took my coupon and money for the other sub I ordered and acted so confused when I asked about it. I had to pay for both subs and they took my coupon and acted as if they had no clue what I was talking about.
