  First off i would like to say this. The food is amazing.. i waited only a few minutes for my food and the service was absolutely amazing. I met this guy with the same name as me they call him Mikey if i'm not mistaken he had a good bit of hair and a very nice smile and he was really really fast i asked for marinara for my mozzarella sticks and i could you not 3 seconds its already out props to him and the managers they are all amazing really amazing work.

  We received an order for delivery this evening, and unfortunately, it was incorrect. Several items were missing, and the order was not as expected. This issue has occurred consistently with previous orders, regardless of whether they were for pickup or delivery. We believe a comprehensive retraining program for all staff, or a complete restructuring of the team, is necessary to address these recurring problems. When we contacted the establishment, the response was unhelpful and dismissive, directing us to the delivery service despite the order being placed through your application.

  I came to sonic this morning and got breakfast, I was really impressed, my last visit i waited longer than I liked so it's been a few months and I thought I would try again, they really redeemed there self, I got a burrito meal, and it was amazing, I could tell it was cooked fresh, and the service was super fast, definitely will be coming back again, the lady in the drove thru was so polite and happy, great job on this one.

  So we went at 8 a clock at night and ordered a small blast with m&ms. They charged me $10.01 for one ice cream which should have been 5 dollars. I asked them to fix it which they did but then when i got my ice cream they gave me a mini and not a small. I asked again for them to fix it and what did they do… THEY PUT THE ICECREAM FROM THE MINI INTO A SMALL CUP AND THEN PUTTING WHIPPED CREAM ON TOP TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE MORE. I am beyond not only agree but disappointed. If the whole thing hadn’t taken 37 minutes i would have gone back but i could not wait that long again…
