She’s an extremely nice and considerate person and had a great experience at her store. I highly recommend this Panera bread over the ones in the surrounding areas. The food was delicious and my order was right the first time with no issues. Which is hard to find these days. Thanks again to Julie and her wonderful staff!

The manager backed him up and said tipping is customary. We have to submit the order ourselves and pick it up from back counter ourselves- and you are complaining you didn’t get a tip. Never going back to any Panera. And they refuse to print receipts. Customer service is a thing of the past.
