  I pre-ordered, service was great, food was as ordered with the exception of the baked potato. They were out of baked, but happily substituted mashed, no problem.

  Simple task, I thought....I ordered take out. Ask for a house saled with ranch dressing. They gave me ceasar dressing instead. I am traveling for work and am 10 min away. So to do a 20 minute round trip to go back for the correct dressing didn't make sense. Just threw the salad away. Basically my dinner was ruined. Outback needs to train their employess to do a better job at quality control. Will definitely not order outback to go anymore. This is not the first time this has happened. And if I do order to go again, I will need to unpack everything to make sure they got it correct. Ordering from Texas Roadhouse tomorrow.

  Cooks in back dropped ball, steak cooked not to what I asked. Manager was kind to take 20 dollars off it helped with chewing.

  Just had an amazing experience with Miss Dee. She was a fantastic server. Took very good care of us.

  I went to this out back for my grandmas 81st birthday and was highly disappointed. I work in the service industry as a waitress, so I try to be very reasonable, but the overall experience was very chaotic, and unpleasant. We arrived at 6 with reservations for 5 guests, upon arrival we were greeted imprudently by the host and the manager who was also at the host stand wouldn’t make eye contact with us. After we were seated, our server Emily was great, she greeted us promptly and made the whole experience bearable. After getting drinks and placing our order (a filet, bone in ribeye, and sirloin) we waited an hour and 20ish minutes for our food. I can understand it taking 30-45 minutes but over an hour is ridiculous. After we received our food the Manager, Stephanie, walked onto the dining floor and “touched” (asking guests to make sure everything was okay) every table I could see, except for ours. This was very unprofessional and even my grandma noticed. My grandma said it made her feel insignificant on such a special day. We paid our bill, 190$ and as we were leaving, Emily came through with one last redeeming gesture, she brought my grandma birthday dessert. I genuinely believe the whole experience could’ve been handled differently and ended in a better manor.
