  Went thru the drive thru to get food. Simple order. Was told to pull up. Sat there a good 10 minutes....lady comes out and asked what I ordered...like seriously. So I waited another 10 minutes... finally went inside. No one knew anything about my order...even the so called GM. I got refunded. Afterwards an employee that knows of us dm's my daughter saying we can't come back....and then again the so called GM dm's her and says the same! How professional is that?? Yeah. Close that sorry excuse for fast food down or get a real manager in there!!!!

  If it were possible to give less than 1 star l, I absolutely would! Two times in less than a month came to this location,placed my order and was told repeatedly that they were out of the item or the machine was broken ect ...if this was a true statement surely management would have closed the store

  15 $ for soggy chicken nuggets and cold Limp fries served with attitude and eye rolls should be illegal. It’s all The time- at this point why even bother to go- poor reviews mean absolutely nothing to this company or location- at 3.0 stars if they cared they would have stepped in a long time Ago . Boycott this location to many other new places around- zaxbys is much quicker!

  Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with nobody taking my order after I said hello 3 different times, went inside to complete chaos and watched staff yell and cuss at each other and after watching multiple customers complain about their orders no being correct or complete in the 12 or so minutes I stood there I left, feeling disgusted.

  Went to the drive thru for breakfast today, it was kind of hard to understand what the guy on the speaker when I ordered bc of how fast he spoke but he seemed nice at the window. When I pulled to the second window to get my order I was told id have to pull up and wait. I really didnt have time to wait this morning but I did anyway. After about 10 min a lady brought my food out and I left without checking it 😩 i should have checked! I ordered 2 steak egg and cheese bagels and 2 hash browns but instead I got 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels! I didnt have time to go bck and get it corrected and ive also called 5 times without any answer. Its very disappointing and annoying especially after WAITING for the wrong order
