    I go to this location quite frequently whenever i get off work. Dale is usually the manager and is absolutely horrific. he is rude to customers, slams food, makes snide comments, and treats you like you’re an idiot. he talks down on you and the. gets the biggest attitude whenever HE forgets something that you paid for. i will make a complaint every single time i see him. i don’t understand how he still has a job.

    If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Every single time we go to this location which is typically when my wife gets off work around 1 am the manager dale is always the one that “helps” us and I puts helps in quotations because he is the most hateful person I have ever encountered. He talks to you like you are the dumbest person alive, makes little side comments the entire time, slams the food around, etc. He is running that location into the ground and I will make a complaint every single time I come. So many people have complained about him and he still continues to have a job so at this point this location shouldn’t even be in business because clearly the Franchisee does not give a crap about how his/her management treats their customers. Absolute worst location and worst management/franchisee I have ever encountered!!!!

    The day shift manager of this location (big Hispanic girl w/ tatoos) should be terminated. She always gives us the evil eye and says " you are welcome to use the kiosk", we typically have a special order and then pay with cash, so.... "you are welcome to use the kiosk" is not the best option!!! I have noticed that she NEVER says " you are welcome to use the kiosk" if the customer is Hispanic or black. The young cashiers are almost always very Inept, possibly b/c of the lack of training and a bad attitude. We will avoid this location as their are way too many other options in the area with good customer service, good employee attitudes, appropriate training, and the employees show respect to the customers that ultimately are the reason they have a job to begin with!

    Waited more than 15 minutes in drive thru for the mgr/attendant to take the order of the last person that drove up. When I drove up to the window MGR openly stated to coworker I don’t have to like these people I’m just here for a paycheck…and that statement explains why SERVICE sucked. If the mgr doesn’t care no one else will care. This was around 3am in the morning. After waiting all that time the fries were cold …. All rounded up SERVICE SUCKS 😬😬😌🇬🇭

    The order was wrong on my order My friends are hers was from so next to the register it says you get a free item on the next visit so what you did is gaining my money back it was actually very nice of them but that's their policy but the guy acted like he didn't know I was talking I pointed out some he goes 0wweee The young Kelly guess he's probably the manager if you tell him something they tell you to tell him he goes yeah thanks for telling me it's not going to get done There was a couple in there waiting for their dinner for over 30 minutes it was breakfast they had already ordered finally the girl asked for refund and the acting manager shift leader he says say it again what do you want she said refund He's I can't hear you say it louder so she did then he says repeat it one more time and I'll give you your refund he said that you need to say it louder He's just a total jerk
