  Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I made a simple, reasonable request to have my meals bagged separately, and instead of handling it like professionals, the employee flat-out told me I’d have to do it myself because they “weren’t going to do it.” Then, with a clear attitude, they shoved an extra bag out the window like I was a problem instead of a paying customer, and immediately pulled me forward without properly finishing the interaction. No apology, no effort—just pure laziness and disrespect. If basic requests are too much for your staff to handle, that says everything about the level of service here. Customers shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience for asking for something simple. This place seriously needs to reevaluate who they have representing their business, because that kind of behavior is unacceptable.

  So far at this location I've always had a problem getting ALL the items I actually paid for. ALWAYS check yalls bag before pulling away from the drive-thru window.

  Decent food for a reasonable price. Bonus, they are open late.

  I think this might be the worst McDonald's in America. The teens that work there could care less about customer service or the quality of food because the food I got from there was trash and tasted weird. I would recommend that you go across the street to Waffle House.
