  I recently had a very concerning experience at this establishment that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a burger, and when it was served, it was clearly undercooked—raw in the center to the point that it was unsafe to consume. This was not a matter of preference, but a legitimate food safety issue. I brought this to the attention of the staff in a polite and respectful manner, expecting the issue to be addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, the response I received was both dismissive and unprofessional. My request for a replacement meal was refused, and there was no genuine effort made to correct the situation or ensure customer satisfaction. What was most disappointing was the behavior of management. Rather than taking accountability or showing concern for the seriousness of serving undercooked food, management handled the situation poorly and without regard for basic customer service standards. Between the food safety concern and the lack of professionalism, this experience fell far below expectations. I would strongly encourage others to consider this before dining here, as both quality control and customer care appear to be significant issues.
