I figured it was just because it was rainy so I just drove around assuming that they heard me. When I got to the window I was handed my drink and then told to pull forward to receive my food at the railing outside. I waited long enough to be able to make a phone call that lasted about five minutes and then decided it had been a while and multiple cars had gone through so I called the store. I was very polite and mentioned that I had been pulled forward waiting on an order for at least 6 minutes now and just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t forgotten about. The response I was given was “they’ll bring your food out when it’s ready ma’am.“ In a very rude and short way. Not 10 seconds later out walks my food. It’s not hot, I did not receive a straw, and I am missing an item. At this point, it’s not even worth it to go ask about my missing item because frankly, I did not want to deal with any attitude, which I had already received.. I never have perfect customer service from this place, but this was just a little ridiculous.

I ordered Taco Salad 🥗 Small Fries 🍟 & a Small Strawberry 🍓 Swirl Frosty! I did not know it came with a Small Bowl of Chili, I was very surprised that it was going to taste good! The food was very good for fast food! The atmosphere was quiet! I watched the employees and they all were very friendly & nice! More than I expected bc back home in Texas most people are rude & has an attitude! Having a pleasant experience here in South Carolina!
