    Was okay I got the spicy chicken, and the asiago ranch chicken sandwich the main problem was the staff though they just didn't seem like they wanted to be there so they were grumpy with me ordering.

    I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Wendy's tonight was incredibly upsetting. I am a mother of six, and after a technical error with the app, I was treated with complete disrespect by the manager. I placed an online order that initially declined, so I ran it again. I checked my husbands bank account and saw I had been charged twice. When I went inside to resolve this, the staff was dismissive, telling me it was just "pending," even though the funds were already pulled from my account. Because I was ordering for a family of eight, I knew it was a lot of food. I felt bad for the large order and told the staff, "I am so sorry [for the large order]." Before I could even finish my sentence, the manager snapped at me: " No, you're really not" I was shocked. I was trying to be polite and mindful of their workload, and she chose to be hostile and insulting. When she realized she had crossed the line, she tried to backtrack and claim she meant I "shouldn't" be sorry, but her tone was clear. She even offered to help carry my food to the car afterward, but after being insulted, I didn't want her help. I understand being short-staffed is stressful, but mocking a polite customer for the size of their order is unacceptable. Another customer in the lobby even mentioned the same manager had been rude to her in the drive-thru. Between the double charge and the manager's attitude, this was a terrible experience.

    Every time I place a mobile order you make me pull forward and wait. While getting everyone behind me out. I dont make complicated orders and it takes the same time to cook the food as it would if I ordered at the drive thru so why am I being made to wait? Been here for 20 mins already

    If I could leave 0 I would. Rudest people I’ve ever met. They took 20 minutes on a mobile order and left out part of the order and when I went to have it fixed they just looked at me like they didn’t know how to hand me one item. The manager on shift was just as rude and clueless.

    The blonde lady Danielle working at the window today , very RUDE ATTITUDE ! I say thank you and she looks at me like a dummy and slams the drive through window ! Don’t like your job you shouldn’t be there Food was also cold $15 worth of food through in the trash ! Will not go back to this store ! Get your attitude right Danielle !!
