- DDduckiesocks_Nov 13, 20251.0very poor service, tried to get our doordash order and they not only got the order wrong, but when we pulled around to inform them, the person at the window was very dismissive and did not understand that we were missing items from our order. my friend was upset with her poor customer service, (as she told us that something we ordered was out and just walked away), and the employee retaliated by getting her manager and parading around the store shouting about us. the manager didn't seem much more knowledgeable, but did try his best to correct our order. he told us she was supposed to have marked the item as out, but didn't. food was cold and did not taste like it should have come from wendys. drive thru service was very slow, and has a record for being that way. will not be returning

I’ve eaten here several times in the past two months and each time was extremely disappointing. The customer service is nonexistent and the employees are RUDE. The quality of the food is terrible. The spicy chicken sandwich combo was $11 and it included a cheaper processed chicken patty instead of the chicken breast that was used before. It was soggy because of excessive amounts of mayo and mushy tomatoes. Fries were lukewarm and old. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be back.

Plus their soda is mostly carbonated water barely any soda syrup in it. So its nasty to drink. The atmosphere is great except for its like ice inside. Its to cold. They have delifood and their service is the best. The new place looks amazing inside but dont go through the drive through bc if you change your mind or have an emergency or a car breaks down while in it they cant get out or be pushed to the side. Bc the cars are locked in by concrete. Its stupid 😵💫😵🫨

I was never greeted, finally a young girl asked what I was waiting for? To order? Not everyone is comfortable using a kiosk. I don’t believe in doing your job for you. Then handed my cup to me, it was out of syrup. She didn’t want to change it so she took my cup and filled in the drive thru. Never did change it. I did see them drop fries, yet some how mine still were soggy and limp, lamp heater warm. This time vs my dash orders I did actually get full chicken tenders vs half pieces and they couldn’t forget my sauces this time. I’ll pass. Not worth my 13.50
