  Met with a large group of family members for lunch and shopping trip. Kids being kids, of course they wanted Chick-fil-A. However all the adults still spent over $100 at Tropical Smoothie. I asked for an extra straw for my kid's drink. I got a very reluctant Tropical Grill employee to give me one and she proceeded to make a smart comment about it not being one of their drinks. Seems a little ridiculous someone would be that rude about 1 straw. I won't be back.

  If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. Before I go into why, I’d like to just state that it’s not bc of food or drink quality. In my experience those have been fine. My issue with this location is the non-existent customer service that exists. No one greets you at the drive-thru or inside. Not only that, but everyone is rude. I sat inside for the first time tonight and literally watched them drag their feet to complete my order AND that of the person at the drive-thru. In fact, as I type this a pissed off customer just came in from the drive-thru after waiting more than 10 mins for a single smoothie. It’s not even busy AT ALL. If you look at video from tonight (12/15 around 8:15-8:16 pm) you will see the drive-thru customer enter the store and demand a refund. And to her point, I watched her sit at the drive-thru forever with workers walking back and forth and zero acknowledgment. I don’t think that people care necessarily that it takes 10 mins to make a smoothie, but some acknowledgment and saying “hey, so sorry, we’re working on it, give us just a moment” would be nice… we are PAYING customers. In this economy, it’s wild that workers are working like this and have zero respect for patrons… as if they can’t lose their job tomorrow. Not my first time here, but definitely my last after terrible service tonight along with a long wait time.

  This is my second time ordering the yogurt bowl and it is exceptional. Way better than I imagined.
