- KBK.R. BJan 4, 20261.0Ordered a hummus veggie wrap with NO onions and a water. I had to ask for the water and when I received the wrap it had EXTRA onions on it. When I look at the receipt, that's the way it was rung up (cashier error). We asked for the item to be remade correctly and customers that came in after the issue was brought to their attention, received their food and mine was still not even started. Had to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. I like Tropical Smoothie Cafe but would not recommend this location.

The new manager said I can’t get fresh bananas. They have to use the ones that’s in the bowl and I said, but I don’t want that. I want fresh bananas, and the lady who can continue to tell me Well. We’re not allowed to use fresh bananas asked to see the bananas. They were way more than brown than an actual banana would look like so yeah no I don’t want no brown bananas and this is unacceptable.
