I am a frequent flyer of tropical smoothie. I go both to tropical smoothie in Boiling Springs.and WO Ezell. Kara did an amazing job this morning making my smoothie. I could tell that when she made my smoothie, she did not just throw it together and it was made with care and thought. Just want to say shout out to The Team as I’m always extremely satisfied when I get my smoothies from this particular store..

Ordered a hummus veggie wrap with NO onions and a water. I had to ask for the water and when I received the wrap it had EXTRA onions on it. When I look at the receipt, that's the way it was rung up (cashier error). We asked for the item to be remade correctly and customers that came in after the issue was brought to their attention, received their food and mine was still not even started. Had to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. I like Tropical Smoothie Cafe but would not recommend this location.

I am a regular customer. I have never had a problem until this morning when I went I always get the peanut butter paradise with white protein, fresh bananas oil. The new manager said I can’t get fresh bananas. They have to use the ones that’s in the bowl and I said, but I don’t want that. I want fresh bananas, and the lady who can continue to tell me Well. We’re not allowed to use fresh bananas asked to see the bananas. They were way more than brown than an actual banana would look like so yeah no I don’t want no brown bananas and this is unacceptable.

We went to have a nice time with my friends since we arrived the waitress was rude, they gave us the wrong food, they got angry and charged us more money, the waitress even threw the food on the table and didn't even ask for permission, everything was ugly from the food to the service
