It’s by far the closest one to my house so It’s the one that the app defaults to every time I’ve ordered from them. They’ve forgotten food, messed up the order, or simply just left things out. They’re lazy and rude. Do not order from these people. The Asheville highway location is better in every way, order from them if you can.

- RARA ANov 28, 20251.0Went in to pick up mobile order. Waited patiently at the counter for 8 min. No employee would acknowledge me. Finally saw my order being put in the pick up slot. I asked the employee if the order was for me. She ignored me and walked away. Did not say a word. I then said" excuse me, is this order for (name)" to the other 3 employees standing there. The first employee who ignored me snapped atme and said " im still bagging it" These were the first words she spoke to me after outright ignoring me on purpose. Then handed me the food, looked at her manager and said I was rude. All I did was ask 9f it wasy order Never said a other word despite waiting 8 minutes longer than expected. I have been in every restaurant in Spartanburg and this is the only time i have been treated so poorly. The manager had the nerve to start yelling things at me as I was leaving after her employee went out of their way to be rude and refused to acknowledge their lack of customer service. I recorded the entire interaction and expect corporate to contact me.
