- JPJesus PerezOct 24, 20251.0My friend and I went into the store to order some subs today there were two black girls working in the store when we started ordering the workers were laughing at the way we were ordering the food so I ask them what’s so funny and they just gave me a look like a deer in headlights at on point I ask the girl did I already ask for a certain sauce and she said now you know you asked for this sauce already and I said I just wanted to make sure so you wouldn’t have to remake it she said we wouldn’t remake it anyways and I said if I’m paying for this food you’re going to remake it and she said again no we are not we will put they sauce in a cup and send you on your way and we wouldn’t take your money my thing, is though if you already swipe my card you took my money trying to talk mess, but working at minimum wage is wild to me

I said that is not how you talk to customers. Then she stated she was talking to the associate. But why would you joke in front of a customer and say what the hell and it wasn’t busy. So I don’t understand what the problem was. Then she even stated I don’t have to let her fix your sandwich. I never have experienced such poor service. I will never come back again and neither will my colleagues.
