    Placed a Door Dash order, for large Coke, Medium Mozzarella Sticks and a Large Chili Cheese Tots. Order arrived in a bag smaller than my Large Coke. The bag was sealed, and I checked prior to my Dasher leaving and all I had received were the Mozzarella Sticks and my Large Coke. The bag clearly stated an order of Large Chili Cheese tots, however they were not included. Sonic on East Main has many downfalls, to slow service to not being waited on at all. They should learn to do better!

    We visited Boiling Springs last weekend and stopped by Sonic for dinner. We ordered the cheeseburger combo and 2 chicken bite combos, with tater tot’s and mozzarella sticks. The food came out quick. Unfortunately the chicken bites seemed old with some hard bites. Our other food was good. The staff was great but won’t be back for the food. We have a Sonic in Raleigh which is way better.

    They can barely get the order correct. And I believe if u don't get a special order like just mayonnaise and ketchup your product is been sitting in the warmer for hours. Which ruins the quality. I want the old sonic back
