My husband and I enjoyed a lovely fine dining experience last evening at Level 10. Heather and all her various helpers helped to make it an especially elevated experience. We both had the filet prefix meal during Restaurant Week. It's been awhile since I've enjoyed such an elegant dining experience. Heather made it especially enjoyable by sharing her childhood experience in Hilton head, a place we are headed to now. Highly recommend Level 10.

As a couple, the hostess sat us near the kitchen so it was the busiest table, but there were only 3 other tables taken, bread and water were completely done, asked bread server to order shrimp
Cocktail, he said I’m not server and walked away, flagged down other bread/ water server and asked for waitress. Manager, bartender and waitress fought for a while on who’s taking the table, finally we get service. They “don’t have” the wine I ordered clearly priced per glass “by the glass, we only have those three by the bottle” really? Tasteless Caesar salad, no dressing, 1/2 the entree was served without the sides, side came when halfway done with entree, but it was completely wrong from menu. Manager got in face to ask if everything was okay, but honestly just reflect that in bill, instead of confrontation. Because we are here to dine and have a good time. He knows that wasn’t happening.

Went for Christmas Eve dinner. Evening started fine, but shortly thereafter our waitress disappeared for at least 30 minutes. We watched her attend to other tables while completely if ignoring others. Ordered a steak well done and came out medium. Waitress was no where to be found to send it back. Went through dinner with no water and empty wine glasses. Had to ask for bread twice and never received it. Spoke to manager and Rick and both did absolutely nothing lol. The only thing Rick said was to “please give us another chance.” Then they proceeded to give us a full bill which was only altered after we demanded it be. Honestly save your money, go to Peddler or go to Chophouse for a better experience. Will never be coming back to this or any of Rick Erwin’s restaurants.

Went here for my husband's birthday. When arrived, I stood at the hostess stand for a while. The hostess didn't confirm my reservation. She just seated us but wasn't unpleasant. We waited almost 20 minutes before our server greeted us. She was a nice young woman. After ordering water we waited another 10 min. Then we ordered everything at once because I wasn't sure how long it would be if we just ordered drinks or apps. My wine took a while and had bits of citrus in it from being poured into a dirty glass. I immediately asked for a new drink and she was apologetic and got a new glass quickly. However, it still had pieces from a citrus fruit in it so it seemed like it was just dumped into a new glass and not repoured. Our apps came, we got the calamari and oysters. The calamari was fine but as my husband was offering me the last oyster, a mud worm was moving in it. The worm isn't unsafe to consume but can be a reflection of poor hygiene in the kitchen if not properly cleaned. We didn't even stay to wait for our entrée. I've never had such an awful experience. I feel bad for the managers. I know we were not the only party who left disappointed.

I dont even know where to start. Worst experience. Took 45 minutes to get a cocktail. No one refilled water. Food came and the steak was cold. Asked server to heat up steak. She brings back a hockey puck and leaves the sides on the table to get cold. I got up at least 5 times to talk to the manager. Hr apologized but never fixed anything. Server came back and asked if we wanted to see dessert menu when we didnt even eat. We walked out. They overbooked and did not care at all. I cannot tell you how many people applauded me when I spoke to the manager. Ended up getting food downstairs at the hotel and people were coming thete complaining. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER LEVEL 10 and RICK ERWINS. Abysmal.
