  I don’t know how this spot stays in business with more 1 star reviews then anything, got carryout tonight 1/14/26 and had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food in the drive through because the employee lacked the common sense to have the car pull around as the persons food was not ready as they ordered at the window. Got home to find my wings had zero sauce on them, pizza was so badly cut you could barely grip a slice and food cold and undercooked. Never returning here, they need to just shut this place down.

  I just left this location. I went through the pickup drive thru. The young lady with the glasses didn’t greet me. She didn’t ask the name I was picking up for , I had to tell her. I was waiting for her welcome me but that never happened. She almost dropped my order because the bag was overly packed. Once in my hand , she didn’t tell me to have a good day or anything. I’m not sure why good customer service is hard to come by now a days BUT I highly recommend managers should train staff on how to make a comfortable feel welcome. They act as if customers are an inconvenience to them .

  This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. Tuesdays the 27th, I placed an order while I was running errands. I placed the order with two more stores to stop by, giving time to fulfill the order. When I arrived about 20 minutes after the order was placed, I arrived and they said my order wasn’t complete. That was a shock to me bc on the website it said that my order would take 15 minutes. Me being understanding I get back in my car and head to the drive thru and decide to wait it out there bc the store is rather small and gets full quickly. I’m in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and an employee hands me a box of pizza. Thankfully I checked my box before pulling off because unfortunately I received the wrong pizza. I tell her, she takes the pizza back, and I don’t hear anything for another five minutes until a completely different employee asks me if I’d like a refund OR two regular pizzas bc they’re out of the NY style pizza (which I ordered orinally). Now bc I had already waited so long on one pizza I told her I’d just like a refund. She closes the window to grab a manger after ANOTHER 5 minutes and the manager tells me she can get me the NY style pizza and she was going to register a refund credit to my phone number. My kid and I had no intention of preparing dinner and because it was getting later that night so I told her I’d wait it out. She then tells me to pull up front and that she’d bring my order out to me personally. All is well I’m feeling compensated and taken care of UNTIL ANOTHER 30 minutes in the car passes. I’m annoyed my child is hungry there’s still ice on the road so me getting inside at timingly manner is out of the window. So I pull up to the drive thru and express how ridiculous this is to an employee only for her to check the pizza warmer and my order be completed. So the manager or whomever communicated with me, did in fact not bring my order out causing more of a wait time. I waited for over an hour for a pizza that was lack luster AND wasn’t cut down the middle. If she completed my credit to my phone number (which let’s hope she did) I will absolutely not be taking up the offer at this location. So may pizza places in the area and I appreciate Pizza Hut for what it is but will not be supporting especially in this store any time soon

  I placed my pick up order at 7:30 and explained I would pick this order up at 8:00pm I arrived at 8:20pm my food was not ready ! The managers acted as if I called the wrong store because they didn’t have my order together! I had to prove I talked to someone at this location unfortunately and still had to wait on my order! Everyone just standing around. The service here is very poor I am very disappointed
