  Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I waited 20 minutes until I was even addressed. Then, another 35 min before server, who I saw once, came out with a nasty looking little steak and said “sir, we are out of potatoes what can I get you instead”. I never got my salad either before the “main course”. And to top it off, never got bread that was perpetually “coming”. Never eat here

  Stopped by today at 3:40, checked in, waited 10 minutes while 5-6 girls stood around the hostess stand only to be told it would be “about 15-20 more minutes, we’re about to have a shift change.” I understand shift change is difficult but you could easily seat a table, offer drinks and appetizers and let the customers know there would be a different server for the meal…. Waiting 30 minutes while 6 servers laugh by the hostess stand and a maximum of 8 tables in the entire restaurant are occupied is not a good look.

  We had dinner last night to celebrate a friend closing on his home and everything was fantastic! Kira (sp) was a wonderful, friendly and attentive server. Appetizers, drinks, dinner and desserts were all on point! I would definitely recommend the french onion soup. Great experience all around!!!

  Great dining experience at this location 11/01/2025. Greeted in a warm manner and seated promptly. Server hospitable, attentive and professional. Beverage and bread/butter brought out before the meal. Ordered the Brisbane Caesar Salad with salmon which was delicious and offered a to-go/refill beverage which I appreciated. Very satisfied with this Outback location and would dine here again in the future.

  I had high hopes walking into this restaurant, but the dining experience fell short in some fundamental ways. The meal began with a bowl of soup that arrived lukewarm at best—a disappointing start that hinted at inconsistency in the kitchen. When the rest of the food was finally brought out, the broccoli on the plate was noticeably cold. I requested a replacement, but before the server could take the plate away, I noticed a hair sitting plainly on the dish—an unpleasant and unacceptable oversight. To their credit, the staff acted quickly and replaced the entire meal without argument. However, by the time the new plate arrived, the rest of my party had already finished eating. Adding to my frustration, the replacement dish came out burning hot—so hot it was obvious the entire plate had simply been reheated rather than freshly prepared. This shortcut only confirmed the lack of attention to quality in the kitchen. If there was one redeeming factor, it was the service. The staff was polite, responsive, and handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, even good service can’t compensate for poorly prepared food and questionable kitchen standards. Bottom line: Come here only if you value friendly service over food quality—but if you’re hungry and expecting a satisfying, freshly cooked meal, look elsewhere.
