I clearly told the staff that I am gluten free and specifically asked for no soy sauce and to remove the rice noodles. Despite that, my food came out with soy sauce (which contains gluten) and the rice noodles still included. This is not just a preference, it’s a medical issue. I am now extremely sick because of this mistake. Thankfully, I am not experiencing anaphylaxis, but the negligence could have been much worse. If a restaurant cannot safely accommodate basic dietary restrictions after being clearly informed, that is a serious problem. I do not recommend eating here if you have food allergies or sensitivities.

They could invest in an ordering system that tracked orders a little more efficiently to keep up but again they are probably experiencing higher volume because of the day. Just want to leave this review to give props to the Outback Team.
