After he clearly stated that he was in a relationship, the employee continued to make unwanted comments and harass him while he waited for his food. This behavior made him very uncomfortable and was completely unprofessional. Employees should maintain appropriate conduct with customers at all times, and this situation crossed clear boundaries. Customers should feel safe and respected while visiting McDonald’s, and this experience did not meet that expectation. I am submitting this complaint so the matter can be addressed and similar situations can be prevented in the future. Thank you for your attention.
