    Had people's order wrong,had to wait for cashier and she didn't know how to count money. Need to make sure employees know how to count money back to customers which is hard to find these day

    Check your food. Happy meal did not contain extray fry and they wanted it back at the window. No bbq sauce for nuggets. Receipt was correct.

    Do not go to this location ordered a kids meal online sit and drive-through for almost 30 minutes inside to get it. They refused to give me my order told me to get back in line called corporate. They said there’s nothing they can do told me they can not give me money back, they can’t give it back. I have to go to the store and get it. How can corporate not give it to you?

    I am here almost every morning as I work very close for coffee. Usually the ladies at the windows are a pleasure to encounter. Friendly and smiling. Today however there was a tall gentleman that was definitely not pleasant. He acted as if we were an inconvenience and when I asked for some jelly he rolled his eyes and grabbed it. I understand having a bad morning but as someone that is a GM of the customer service industry they customer shouldn’t know. They might not always be right but you should always try and treat them with respect, especially when they are being super polite. Just food for thought. Have a great day.
