- DPDelsy PinillaDec 31, 20251.0Last night I went to the McDonald's on East Main Street, and the person who served me at the drive-thru around 10:30 pm. was rude and racist. I was ordering my food in English, and when she heard my accent, she said "hold on," and a few minutes later, someone else served me in Spanish. I was surprised because I didn't ask her to speak to me in Spanish, since I speak both languages, but my Latino accent, which I'm proud of, seemed to bother her. I found her behavior disrespectful, rude and racist! Thank you.

We ordered 2 nugget happy meals, a 6 pc nugget, a cheeseburger and 2 small drinks, nothing custom. We waited for 30 mins for our order! The lobby was full of people waiting for their food. 2 guys stood at the register waiting to order for 20 mins. No one was taking orders at the register for a full 20 mins. The guys trying to order had to shout for someone to wait on them. People were walking out. The manager was useless. She even walked outside in the middle of the dinner shift and she wasn't managing her team at all. There were so many teenagers working behind the counter and it seemed there was no organization at all. Finally after 30 mins a employee who had been taking orders at the drive thru saw me and asked about my order. He apologized and gave me a fry and pie for the trouble. Something seriously needs to be done about this location. I've went here several times recently and it always takes a long time.
