  Waited 50 minutes for our order. 50 minutes. That’s insane. They only cared about the people in the drive thru and completely ignored the 20+ people in the lobby. The manager on duty kept screaming and cussing at one of the employees and berating him. It was the manager who was here before Brittany the manager came in to help. The owner seriously needs to take a look at this manager. She was horrible to her employees

  I don't know who does the hiring here but they absolutely suck at it. The employees before the fire were bad and now after the fire they're still horrible. I don't know if they're the same ones or not. Nothing but attitudes, side eyes and no customer service skills. They open the window, won't even say the price, just stare at you and think you can read their minds. When you give them your hard earned money they hand the card back and close the window. I'm glad I was raised differently. It's disgusting behavior.

  Absolutely terrible service. Charged me for two medium drinks and gave me smalls. My order they had to re make and didn’t give me a reason and it took 45 minutes for me to receive my food. Don’t ever go here!!!

  This morning we went through the drive thru after working 10 hours overnight shift. The person on the drive thru said something mumble jumbled and then ignored us for several minutes. I kept trying to speak to her but was ignored. We left as did the car behind us. It’s too bad this location reopened. Every time we visit it’s chaos, orders are wrong and items are forgotten , cheeseburgers with no burger, cold food, extremely bad service. Today was the last straw. How do you ignore customers? Who’s doing the hiring? There’s no diversity and that’s a lot of the problem. You can’t act as if a percentage of the population doesn’t exist and then allow your employees to mistreat and fail that same population. Look at the comments, there’s something common here. Do better. You should have stayed closed. Fire these people and rehire the entire store with people who want to work.

  For the past 2 days on my mobile app I have requested NO EGG on my steak McMuffin and they still put the egg on there anyway. 1st time a mistake, but to do this back to back...you can't flat out read or aren't reading the order thoroughly! Get it right! It's not that hard. It's not my job to keep picking the egg off my sandwich. The tall black guy was amazingly nice the past to days which is the only reason I feel bad for doing the review but please pay attention to the orders yall!
