    I requested a large tea with my order. As I watched them make my tea I seen clear as day that WATERED down tea from the bottom of the barrel was coming out then proceeded to go to the next barrel and top it off with fresh tea while the order window was WIDE OPEN seeing and hearing everything, the food tasted bland, it looked sloppy in there as well when I went in there but did not get a new tea because of the environment.

    I went to the McDonald’s on Southport Rd. I wanted to order two McDoubles and two mcchickens, only the sandwiches, a large fry, a large Big Mac meal, and 2 20 piece chicken nugget boxes. While I was ordering on the kiosk there was no option for just the sandwiches so I had to choose the value meal. There was no option for no drinks so I chose a drink for the 4 different value meals as a placeholder. When I was finished with my order I went to the front register to pay. I talked to a manager, my mistake I didn’t get the name, but he was age 30-40, mixed race, with short hair and a beard. I specifically told him that I didn’t want the 4 sprites that the kiosk made me order, I wanted only two cups of water, and he said he would do that. When I got my order I checked the bags to make sure everything was there and it was but there was an extra 4 boxes of 4 piece chicken nuggets and they gave me the sprites that I didn’t ask for. Rather than help me get the order I wanted, he lied to me and he forced me to order something else so I would spend more money.

    I just ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel with no egg meal with a strawberry banana smoothie and has brown I did not get my items I also ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit I did not get that as well! I am very upset because I spent my hard earned money on food and my items were missing that could have been my last til pay day and here I am not receiving the items I ordered! Service is very horrible

    My son and daughter (16 and 19) went inside to place an order and was told they were closed inside (their door and site said 8pm, this was 630pm) and were told to place a mobile oder or doordash. They remained inside, to place the mobile order as to limit the time in the cold outside. They proceeded to take those of darker skin tones order in the lobby while shooing our children and any other white person out of the lobby. They pulled to the window and had to retell them what the order was. The guy only listened to part of the order and tried to send them on their way. They had to explain there was more to the order. After, again getting only part of the order, the workers became irritated. They waited a total of 45 minutes for a $50 order that was still made wrong and undercooked when they did get it. When I tried to call back there was no answer. I am livid and will be taking this further up the chain as this is not the first time we have received poor service bc of our skin color at this restaurant. Do better.
