Every table in the restaurant was dirty. This McDonald’s is terrible.

But it's absolutely ridiculous they can't just put the food we order in a dang bag. I even used the app, it's spelled out for them! I'll be glad when robots take their jobs. I tried to call to get it fixed but no one will answer. Stay away from Both mcdonalds locations in Boiling Springs.

First time, they told me to pull up, I did and my whole order was wrong. Second time I was told to pull up and I waited TWENTY minutes before I went inside, when I went inside the girl was texting on her phone and did not acknowledge me until I said “excuse me”. Now, we place an order and there was a misscomunication about what we wanted at the box. We tried to correct it and she told us to pull up. We get to the window and try to clarify what we wanted and the lady just goes “yeah I got it” and than when we get our receipt, there’s two additional sandwich’s that we didn’t want which is what we tried to tell her but she was dismissive. Again, we were pulled forward and wait 10 minutes for the food. There really is an issue with this location every time.

I showed up and they had a normal drive through line that did not exceed the parking lot. I am an Uber Eats Driver and my order was set to be ready at 11:03, due to my customer at 11:17 pm and it is now 11:29pm and I am still sitting in the drive through line. I am very upset with this experience and the order would have been cancelled had I not had empathy and correspondence with my customer. This is embarrassing and takes the meaning out of fast food. I have worked in food for years and NEVER have I had a customer waiting for over 40 mins. This is unacceptable and this store really need to reevaluate or make some serious change.
