However, we couldn’t get extra ketchup — the staff didn’t pay attention to us, and the manager walked by three times without noticing or helping. We were very dissatisfied with the service. In addition, the restroom was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I do not recommend this location.

Was trying to get her attention before she handed me a half open, thrown together Grinch Box. Not a word , tried handing me the box. I ask did it have the sox in the box and was told NO. Next question: I would like a Refund and was told no Refund because I ordered the Meal through the app. They r purposely ignoring customers so they don't have to answer questions. I ordered from home and than went there to pick the Order up. So why is the Grinch Meal on the App. That makes them responsible to make it good. NO GO. Handed me the box and I didn't realize NO Drink til I got home. What a joke of a place to get food. If they do not care to make it right they are not a place I want to do business with. Was charged $ 14. Insane! Well, it took Home Office to fix! Shouldn't have though. I do appreciate it very much but being treated respectfully by the McDonald's Location is still important these days!

I walked in never greeted. Sat there for 10 minutes and never was even spoken to. To take my order This is after I sat in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes and never moved so then I went in This isn’t the first time I’ve had service like this from here so I left and went to the next McDonald’s in boiling Springs and before you ask, they were not busy busy. They were busy because they wasn’t taking orders. And talking in the back
