Third time I’ve been to this McDonald’s. Ever since they’ve changed to where you have to use the electronic boards or your phone for a mobile order, no one is manning the lobby. So what you’re left with is 0 customer service. Takes 20 mins to get your order out and then when it does come out they put it on the counter without actually bringing it to your table and they make no eye contact with anyone so when they messed my order up, I’m standing their waiting for another 5 minutes before they can get the next order out so they have to acknowledge I’m even alive so I can tell them they’ve completely missed an entire meal. Then they go make that meal just to mess that up as well. The entire time, the staff is yelling at each other about going faster and not to take anymore orders and blaming the cooks for running out of stuff.
Side note, when you place your order on their electronic boards, it doesn’t give you a receipt or an order number so you have no idea if they’ve even got your order right and there are no boards for customers to see who’s order is next to come out. The whole lobby is just full of people that are pissed off from waiting without any communication.

This place is absolutely ridiculous! The manager that just came to the window was so rude cause her crew messed up my order then told me she couldn't fix it at the window !!! IF U HATE YOUR JOB SO BAD QUIT!

Missing ingredients for my double quarter deluxe with no bun. There is no mayo lettuce or tomatoes. Extremely disappointing. Tried to call the store and no answer.

Didn't get half my order and when I complained the man at the drive thru talked smart to me. He called me a liar when I said I didn't get barbeque sauce
