Lived in Spartanburg for 6 years now, and I gotta say the quality and selection of these doughnuts have gone downhill fast. Especially this last 12-18 months. We usually come once every 2-3 months, and these last 4 trips have been really disappointing… employees don’t seem as warming as they used to be. Heck, you used to be get offered a free doughnut or doughnut hole while you ordered/waited, now it seems like they want you to get in and out… Now the quality of the assorted doughnuts is solid, but the variety is poor. Almost out of everything by 9 AM. The original glazed quality is average. Not as fresh, taste dried out nowadays. Just really sad & disappointing.

Every time I make a trip to this location they never have any doughnuts in the display case. The girls just keep saying this is all we have which is only 3 options. They don’t want to walk to the back to see if any other flavors are ready. It’s ridiculous. This place needs to get a crew that keep up with the demand. I shouldn’t have to drive here and then leave cause they don’t have anything.

Wish I could I put 0 stars because the fact that they took 30 minutes to the point I just left for 3 donuts. This Krispy Kreme sucks. I went here at 3 pm on a Wednesday feb 4 so I don’t know who was working at this time but they need someone else cause it was so bad. Drive thru btw.

Had an online order for 3:30 at 4 after waiting in line I asked for my order and two girls said they were not making my order that was already 30 minutes late. Terrible attitudes and service. Will not be back
