  Had a late lunch here. Placed order through the JJ app. Went inside to pick my order and dine in. Bottom line, employees were competent and efficient, but everyone seemed mad....like they didn't want to be there...with that being said, my sandwich may be the best sandwich I've ever had. To be fair, I will always take grumpy employees with great food over warm employees but bad food. I'll be back. Their toasted sandwiches are the bomb!

  every time we order its a problem, charged my card 11 times once, lost another 100 plus dollar order and could not find it. Refunds take forever.

  Nautifus is one of the best employees there!! Very respectful, corrected an order effectively & efficiently that was made incorrect. He even advised me of the birthday sandwich I had on my account that I knew nothing about, he’s attentive & aware of what’s going on in the establishment!

  I absolutely love jimmy johns, always super fresh. The #16 is my favorite. Super basic but I add stuff to mine. Which they do have free add-ons. The bread could be a bit softer but at least it doesn’t get super soggy. It is a little pricey but what sub place isn’t? Anyways 10/10, the staff was cool too.
