every time we order its a problem, charged my card 11 times once, lost another 100 plus dollar order and could not find it. Refunds take forever.

Nautifus is one of the best employees there!! Very respectful, corrected an order effectively & efficiently that was made incorrect. He even advised me of the birthday sandwich I had on my account that I knew nothing about, he’s attentive & aware of what’s going on in the establishment!

I absolutely love jimmy johns, always super fresh. The #16 is my favorite. Super basic but I add stuff to mine. Which they do have free add-ons. The bread could be a bit softer but at least it doesn’t get super soggy. It is a little pricey but what sub place isn’t? Anyways 10/10, the staff was cool too.

I had a bad experience in April, which was rare, I've been going to this location for 10 years and that's like the second time but anyways, I got a store credit from the manager who emailed me back and decided to give them another shot. I'm so glad I did. Their toasted subs are amazing and Mary is very sweet.
