No one likes working on Christmas Eve, but they were all so pleasant. Everyone greeted me as I walked in and the girl that helped me directly was so kind. She took her time and knew what she was doing. No one seemed to let the morning rush get to them. Definitely an amazing first impression!

- BHbella hamrickDec 5, 20251.0every single time i come to this dunkin there are workers that are acting a fool! me and my boyfriend went by today and ordered 2 hashbrowns, 2 wake up wraps a dunkin wrap and a coffee for 2 people. as we were about to pull off we get asked “is this for a family?” both of us were confused and said no. when we got to the window my boyfriend asked if there was a family deal because that’s all that could make sense, the girl on the speaker came and told us that “it’s just too much work to make it all” and that she didn’t feel like it, mind you there were NO other customers in the store or in line. that caused them to lose a customer for good!

I can wait 10-15 min in line for a mobile order. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or if some of the people just don’t care about a fast and friendly service .
