  ​As a customer who frequently relies on Dunkin' for my morning stop, the consistency issues here are starting to make me rethink my habit. It's ridiculous that the line to get a cup of coffee often takes 10 to 15 minutes of my time, and after all that waiting, it feels like a 50/50 gamble whether my order will even be made correctly. That is just exhausting for something that's supposed to be a quick, easy run. ​I get the same thing every day—my usual customized iced coffee—and the ratio is always off. One day, it's perfect; the next, it's so sweet it tastes like pure syrup, or they use the wrong milk. It seems like the staff is rushing so fast that they forget to pay attention to the details. The food isn't much better; I've had more than one stale donut that definitely tasted like it was from the day before. ​The absolute worst part is that you got the nerves to be asking for tip on the payment screen when I can’t even get nothing correct! Tipping should be for service that goes above and beyond, or at least service that manages to fulfill a basic order requirement. When I'm forced to check my cup or pull over to fix an order error, that's not service that deserves a gratuity. Focus on fixing the quality control and getting the drink ingredients right before you ask me for extra money. I'm giving this one star because the frustration and wasted money absolutely outweigh the few times the order is actually correct.

  Minus - 5 ⭐️… This place is trash. Haven’t been in awhile so I figured I would try again, and yet again it was horrible. I don’t know what’s worse the attitude, eye rolling and slamming the window or the flat out Facial Profiling (drive thru)Will never return! Strike 3 for you and I’m out.

  I don’t understand how people are actually going to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I want to say within the last couple weeks they have completely gone down hill. They NEVER fill up the drinks. This is insane because we pay $6 for a coffee and they could care less about how they give it to you and whether you like it or not. How do you hand out drinks to a customer half empty. Like come on Dunkin do better. Re program your machines or something because you’re ripping people off!!!!

  They call out your order by what you ordered instead of taking names. If two people have similar orders you'll have to verify by matching your receipt to the bag. PITA... Could easily be fixed. Kitchen is open which is nice but I saw lots of trash on the floor that nobody picked up. Hopefully that's because you the tried not to handle that and working food at the same time. But again, simple management fix would make for a better experience. Food and service was what you can expect from any other Dunkin.

  This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’. The coffee tasted awful, the hash browns were completely burnt, and when I mentioned it, the staff had a rude attitude and clearly didn’t care. It feels like they have zero respect for customers or product quality. If you’re going to work with the public, at least show some professionalism. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back or recommending this location to anyone.
