- JJJonNov 30, 20251.0If you are going to give me an attitude over the phone when I called to check on my order, that’s been out of the oven for 45 minutes and then tell me that you are “doing the best that you can.” You should hire more delivery drivers and not be rude to me over the phone when I ask you a simple question. You could also make sure that the app is not giving people the wrong time if you’re not able to actually get the order delivered when you say it’s going to be. You could have something on the app saying something about having low staff or minimal delivery drivers. Instead of making excuses and being rude to customers. This has happened more than once at this location so this will be my last order from Domino’s.
