  Atmosphere here is horrible. They have a new manager in training there who does an awesome job. But the way the way the staff and other managers run this store and allow the crew to be nasty towards her is insane. The GM should be replaced as well as all the crew. They have daily walk outs for missing items on the line and the rudeness’s from staff towards guests. As I stood there today, to see that lady with tears because the crew was bad mouthing her was horrible. I even asked why they were treating her this way!!! A girl with blue hair starts laughing walking away stating she ain’t doing nothing to her. This place needs the owners to come revaluate this store. Watch your cameras!!!

  DO NOT EAT HERE. I mean it full heartedly when I say this place should close. I have tried this location a few times over the years and each time its the same thing. Rude workers and bad food. On my pickup order today I was notified my order was ready, however when I got to the location I was told it wasn't. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food. As I waited I overheard the woman working the counter rudely tell the other customers they were out of practically everything. When I did finally get my food it was cold and stale, and I didn't even get the chips I ordered. The soda fountain also had an out of order sign, and the place in general was in a very bad/gross shape. Please do not eat here.

  Make sure the employees hand the food to right dasher instead making customer wait over an hour and half to finally tell the 4th dasher assigned to order that the store messed up & refuses to remake food that was paid for because they handed it to wrong person and don’t want to lose out on the cost of food. That’s on the store; not the customer who has been waiting an hour and half for two burritos that was paid for. Wanted me to cancel and reorder to wait another hour so they don’t lose out on money from the protein in the burritos(what was said to my dasher michella). Maybe take responsibility, pay attention, and hand to right person 👍🏼

  I did an online order it gave me a pick up time I waited until it said under ready before I left my job which is only 5 mins away and there’s no orders two male employees playing in the back had to be asked to get my order ready and the lady standing next to the cashier was asked to get me vinaigrette and green sauce and she literally threw the cup on the counter rolling her eyes and mumbling. The employees attitudes are so deplorable if I hadn’t ordered and payed on the app I would have not gotten anything.

  I paid for double chicken the day before on a burrito and they gave me LITERALLY LITTLE TO NO CHICKEN, like dang near none. Also, the young ladies that worked there have an absolutely disgusting attitude, especially the one with glasses and the plus size one who has an Afro. but I was tired so I let it go today. I ordered a bowl with double chicken just to see if they would do it the right way and they didn’t as seen in the picture below extremely disappointing hopefully someone can fix the cruise attitude and actually teach them how to give correct portions for what people pay for
