  TERRIBLE customer service! I ordered a 10 piece bone in with fries along with a 10 piece boneless with carrots, and did not recieve my fries. Called the store 30 minutes before closing to get repeatedly hung up on, then left on hold for over 5 minutes. I will be calling up there tomorrow to speak with a manager.

  Ordered online, wings and fries around 4 PM. Dinner time, should be out pretty quick, should be fresh, right? WRONG. Place was a ghost town, and that was the first sign of us making a mistake choosing to give this place our business. Waited nearly 25 minutes for 20 wings and a fry. No apology, nothing. We ordered to go, and chose to go in our car in the parking lot as we are on our way into work. Not less than a minute after walking out and opening the bag we were both very upset. Old, cold fries and a joke of a portion. Wings, not even hot. After all that wait, cold food. Not only a waste of time but an absolute waste of money, and I can see why you guys have no patrons.

  Wanted to get a refill in a drink sat for 20 minutes waiting for a waiter and didn’t get it’s went up to the counter and got yelled at to go sit back down and wait. But food is great.

  I ordered carry out service. The wings were covered in the wrong sauce. We were missing fries and carrots. I wouldn't mind the missing carrots but we paid extra for them. I called the manager on duty and she said she would refund us and to wait 7-10 days. We were not refunded so I called back and she said she would see what she could do. Still no refund. I called their corporate office and they said someone would call me back in 3 days. No call back. I left this review and another manager called me and asked what happened. I explained to her and she said she would see what she could do. That was 3 or 4 days ago. My advice to you is order at your own risk. Even corporate will not help you.

  Horrible experience. I ordered traditional wings and was given boneless. This is fine as people make mistakes all the time, but I would assume a business would take ownership for their mistake and provide either a refund or the correct food. The food was ordered through the official buffalo wild wings app for delivery. Not the door dash app. When I spoke to the manager, I was told only doordash could provide me a refund. Doordash told me that only the vendor could provide me a refund as they provided their service accurately, which was the delivery of the food. Worst of all, I tried to talk to the manager at buffalo wild wings with civility, and it was as if he was mad at me for asking my order to be corrected. I am really disappointed by the quality of people they hire for their leadership, and expected better from a major company. I will never do business with this company or it's affiliates again unless there is a fair correction to a mistake their team made and refused to correct. Unacceptable behavior.
