Hey ownership feel free to reach out. Recommend a strong manager or fire everyone and start over. The only positive here is y’all have Cheerwine on tap. Waste of money.

Got 10 employees at 9am on a Friday morning with people getting out of line to order while the cooks have their music blasting in the back selling 5 hour old burnt biscuits. Awful. Hospitality at a major loss, that’s for sure. Minimum wage effort.

One time I had to wait about 40 minutes for a regular 3 piece surpremes combo, this was made right by a manager on the spot. But tonight I came by at 9:38 and sat in the drive through, then tried the door and it was locked, a young lady (who was dancing and pointing at me) told me they were closed even though they are listed as being open until 10. I realize this is close to closing but still disappointing and frustrating.

When I order from there off DoorDash my food don’t be tapped up… and my drink either it’s like the workers don’t care at all how they do your food I just can’t keep doing it. I just feel if I spend my money I should get my food handled with care if the dasher wanna go all in your food and drink they could just do it. Tape my stuff up!!! Man and I almost forgot you already know the order gonna be wrong or something is gonna be missing and I be having the most simple order… chicken tenders and fries and the biscuit with honey mustard is what I get. How is that hard to get right ? Yeah nah.
