  Very disappointed with our experience. We ordered an 8-piece family meal and the chicken was undercooked — completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. The manager had very poor customer service and was unprofessional. We ended up having to throw away the entire order. It was so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. We will not be returning to this Bojangles location.

  I came to Bojangles today, which is February 18 and it’s 2:30 in the afternoon. Nobody’s in line nobody’s inside but you have employees sitting around eating not taking orders and I stood in line for 20 minutes and didn’t nobody respond to me. Worst Bojangles ever need to close down. You got the employees eating the food up and swearing out of everything say it don’t waste your time going there.

  They have some stupid AI thing that you tell your order to that got my order wrong even though I was clearly speaking. Just wasted my entire lunch because my order has items that I cannot eat. Won't be going back again. The humans working there are nice tho.

  Came thru the drive the around 8-9ish. The manger who was working the drive thru was very rude and very dirty and nasty to me wouldn’t tell me her name had a attitude it was crazy that’s how you treat ur customers after u messed up the order .This isn’t the first time I’ve came to this location most the time I come in the morning before work and the service is great but at night the service is awful and terrible the way the manger runs that shift at night she needs to be demoted.

  Worst Bojangles in Spartanburg county. Save yourself the aggravation the staff here are inept. Long waits for your order then it's not even the correct order when you get it. This was our second attempt to eat at this establishment and both times it ended with us getting our money back and leaving.
