Cashier short changed me and lied to my face. She said they don't have pennies and I can clearly see a pile of pennies in the drawer as she gave me my short change.

I ordered my food through DoorDash and the manager named “Maurice” it was a great deal of help helping me fix my DoorDash order. I’ve had so many complications through DoorDash and I have never experienced great experience as I have done today. Maurice has definitely made my New Year’s even greater I highly recommend this place.

They literally can never get the order correct and they are the RUDEST people for no reason. The Hillcrest location is much, much better. Wish the owners could get this location better.

During 1st shift, December 27, 2025 at 11:30am, I witnessed the caucasian/hispanic team lead make a racial slur. Her exact words were “Danielle, the biscuits are dark like you” “they are your skin color” I was so in shock I had to peek my head over the counter to see who was saying this. That was very ignorant and colorist of her to say. I don’t know why she thought this is OK but it’s not The other workers look very uncomfortable
