- DBDeborah Boulware6 days ago1.0I was here the evening of Tuesday 1/6/26; keep in mind I frequent this place quite often. I have even given workers at the window a $5.00 tip when service is good. However, this evening was different. The outside lights were not on. It took 3 times to get my sandwich correct & the boy at the window is not a good representative of what good customer service should be. Awful service and awful sandwich today! Please do better!

They were delicious. I wish they were bigger. My wife had the burger which was also good. I rarely go to Arby's and I'm never disappointed when I do go. Food always fresh and delicious. This Arby's was very clean. We were the only one in the dining area. And of course, the fries were excellent. Thanks.
