    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered the crispy fish sandwich deluxe, which is advertised with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I specifically requested no lettuce or tomato and confirmed at the drive-thru window that cheese was to be added. When I arrived home, the sandwich was missing the cheese entirely and was room temperature. Additionally, the bun was excessively dry and stale to the point that it was inedible. To make matters more frustrating, I was asked to pull forward and wait, yet still received a sandwich that was cold and incorrectly prepared. This experience reflects poor attention to order accuracy and food quality. Unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations.
