  It’s always dirty, staff act like they don’t even want customers, and they’re always out of stuff—chicken, lettuce, fajita veggies. And half the time the meat is burnt too.

  Awful experience everytime we order from here. The last time we did, our order was completely wrong. How do you see burrito directly on the order and make it into a bowl that’s half filled with hardly any protein? Will be sticking to the WO Ezell location from now on

  Girl named Bri with dreads got to give everyone attitude and didn’t finished my order forcing the other poor lady that was struggling already with three other orders. Non of them had their Name tags on and the manager even gave me an attitude for wanting my order being done right. How am I gonna ask for double chick they give me one scoop and one half ahh scoop then I ask for more no matter the up charge and bri started giving me sas like as if I wasn’t able to pay for it so in all honesty yall have a terrible team and should look in to replacing the whole store expect for the cooks and the old lady that was so kind I didn’t get her name bc again no one was using their name tag

  The staff here is consistently rude every single time I come in. They never have everything in stock, yet still allow you to order it on the mobile app, only for you to open your bowl and realize you’re missing add-ons you paid extra for. When I came back to address it, the same woman who made my bowl just looked at me and shook her head, completely dismissive. She’s been rude on multiple visits. If you’re out of something, say that upfront at the window and offer a refund or a substitute. It’s not complicated. Instead, the staff here comes off as unprofessional and incompetent. There are plenty of ways to handle situations like this, and they consistently choose none of them. As much as I like Chipotle, this will be my last time coming to this location, especially while the same two employees continue to treat customers this way. On a previous visit a few days ago, both of them were just as rude. To make matters worse, on that earlier visit my total somehow came out to $34 for a $19.57 bowl and a $6 kids meal. And when I asked what proteins were available, I was bluntly told, “What you see is what we have. We’re not making any more,” in an unnecessarily rude tone. All of this has happened over just three visits in the past week. That’s more than enough to not come back.
