  this was the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had in my life. None of the employees act like they enjoy their job, or even enjoy being there. When I first walked in, I was met with the most ignorant woman who was on her phone while I was waiting to place an order. There was one nice young man that was doing all the work while all the other lazy employees sat around doing nothing. Finally, when one of the women from the back came up to finish putting the toppings on my order she just gave attitude. There was a slight miscommunication due to her staring at her feet and mumbling and she responded so bitchy. All of the employees were rude, being rushful, And giving so much attitude the entire time While placing this review, I looked at other reviews, and all of them say the same exact thing that I’m typing. This is such a weak management that you can’t get your employees under control, Customer service plays a big part in a restaurant, You are obviously aware of how rude and disrespectful your employees are, but nothing is being done about it. it’s shameful.

  This is our third trip to Chipotle and have never gotten to eat there once. The first time we waited 20 minutes in line for them to tell us that they were only taking online orders because some of the staff needed to go home from their shift at 3P.M. so we left. Last night we tried again at the one in Spartanburg and the doors were locked at 9:24. The door said their hours were til 11:00 P.M. We tried another one in Spartanburg, it was open. But they were out of everything. How are you supposed to run a business like this. I guess we will never know if we like Chipotle or not because I am not going to run all over town trying to find one that is open that has food. This is ridiculous. Do better.

  I should’ve known better…I’m telling the cashier my order and he’s rushing…gave me the wrong beans I would have liked pinto but I got black, and he’s just picking up things along the way, and putting things back…🎤Sir listen to customer order and proceed from there…but they got security at this location, my first mind told me to not go there, I should’ve listened…WILL NOT be returning…and I ended up throwing that nasty food in the garbage…

  Service was horrible, the two women in the front were rushing me, to the point were she would grab the spoon of food and slam it in the bowl. When I ask for extra lettuce she said we don't have any, you don't think that was something her smart self should of said before I ordered.... The other one basically threw the receipt at me when she rushed me to pay. And the food was a slob fest, I'm taking it back for a refund tomorrow.

  The parking lot really sets the tone. It’s a nightmare getting in and out of there. They were out of everything and whispering so you couldn’t hear what they were trying to say to you. Only the manager seemed to care at all about everyone standing around and waiting. If you have the ability to go somewhere else, I’d encourage you to do that.
