- JAJena A4 days ago1.0Second time here. First time we came to the window to order and our order was wrong. We did not get our fries. It was not handled well. No apologies and considering the wait they didn't offer to remake our sandwiches so they wouldn't be cold. I had to ask, and he acted like that was a problem. Second time I ordered mobile, the mobile line was way slower than the regular line. I have a brand new phone and it still wouldn't allow me to scan the code. Very inefficient. Nowhere else do we have to scan for a mobile order. It was not operator error. We got our drinks and were told to pull to the side and wait for our food which took a long time while others were getting their food and driving around us. Finally got our food after about 10min from being asked to pull over. Not even sure why our food took so long. I had to get out and walk back to the window to request the extra sauce we had asked for and didn't get.
