  I genuinely enjoy the food however, every single time I order from here, my order is missing more than one thing or an item is wrong. I never am given silverware. Every single time I pay for extra cups of sauce, I’m given less than what I’ve paid for. I never get the drink when I order it. And they don’t pay attention to modifications on your food at all. I’m genuinely sick of my order being wrong literally every time I order from here. Do better or start firing people.

  We’ve normally had decent experiences at BWW but this one I will definitely never go back to, we were seated, but did not get greeted or drink orders for a good 15 minutes, then we ordered and our food did come out in a timely matter, but it was not hot. The only thing that we ordered that was actually decent was the queso and chips. We used the bathroom and it was very dirty, floors were sticky & gross and it had a weird smell.

  I decided to give BWW a try for the first time, intrigued by their reputation for a variety of flavorful chicken wings. However, I was disappointed to find that a restaurant specializing in wings serves generic ranch dressing, which fell short of my expectations for quality condiments. Due to this experience, I will have to stick to my usual go-to spots that offer consistently great wings and accompanying sauces.

  Worst service and food ive gotten at a BDubs , tiny wings, that seemed left over and refried. No refill on drinks had to get our own silverware napkins and condiments.

  My server was awesome can’t remember his name but my food terrible. My son food had came out later than everyone else’s. Then when they brought it out it was literally a burnt piece of chicken. So he had to wait again for the sandwich to come out burnt a second time. Wings were cold. You would think the wings should be the best especially with a name like Buffalo Wild Wings. They could never get the sandwhich right so he ended up getting wings. Never comped the meal or anything. Not pleased at all
